This isn’t an educational post or a how-to guide. This is a practice. Something you actually do rather than read about.

Thirty minutes. Just you. Your body. And my voice guiding you through it.

What this session covers.

We start with breathwork to settle you in, wherever you are, whatever kind of day you’ve had. Then a slow, intentional full-body oil massage. Then a guided edging practice that teaches your body to build arousal without rushing toward the finish line.

This session also includes an optional anal play element, specifically, a butt plug if you have one and if it feels like a yes for you. It’s completely skippable if it’s not. The audio tells you clearly when that moment arrives and gives you the option to stay with the massage instead. No pressure either way.

Climax at the end is also optional. This isn’t a race to the finish line. Whether or not you ejaculate does not take away from what you experienced. That reframe is part of the practice.

What to have nearby before you press play.

- Body-safe oil or a favourite lotion

- A towel or something to protect your sheets

- Water

- A stroker or sleeve if you want one

- A small plug if anal play is a yes for you, with lube

- 30 minutes of genuine privacy

Earbuds in. Somewhere private. No interruptions.

What to expect.

This session will feel different from anything you’ve done before, probably. Slower. More deliberate. Less goal-focused.

That slowness is the point. You’re not just feeling good tonight, you’re teaching your nervous system that pleasure doesn’t have to be rushed or forced. That it’s not only valid if you finish. That you have nothing to prove.

Some men find the first time they do something like this feels slightly awkward. That’s completely normal. Stay with it. The awkwardness passes. What’s on the other side of it is the thing most men never give themselves access to.

A note on however you show up.

Maybe you’re in a great headspace tonight. Maybe you’re tired, agitated, or can’t quite put your finger on what’s wrong. Both are welcome here. You don’t have to be in the perfect mood for this to be useful. The audio meets you exactly where you are.

Press play when you’re ready.

And when you’re done, take your time coming back. Don’t rush to clean up or move on. Stay with it for a moment. Notice how you feel.

If you want to, write one line afterwards: ”Today I felt...” and fill in the blank.
